# Bank Details Change Notice

Visionect d.o.o. bank details have changed due to SKB Bank and Nova KBM merger into OTP

Bank on September 1st 2024. Following the merger, the merged bank will be renamed to OTP

banka d.d. [Official bank statement](https://www.skb.si/en/merger#tab1).

**New bank details:**

All invoices issued after 01.09.2024 include new bank details for direct bank transfer. Please

use new banking details for payments moving forward as OTP banka will continue rerouting any

incoming payments made to the old account with SKB to our new account with OTP until the

end of November 2024.
